Cornerstone Village forms part of a 2.6-hectare medium-density
development in Pimpama and features 76 terrace homes and an onsite
building manager's unit. Homecorp acquired, designed and built this
development for which construction was completed in 2023. Unique in
the marketplace, almost 60% of the development is dedicated to open
space and conservation areas.
